You agree that all of your transactions through this Site may, at Our option, be conducted electronically from start to finish.

When We ship to you or per your directions to another person, you agree to pay the shipping and any handling charges shown on this Site when your order is placed.

Currency
All prices are indicated and charged in Malaysian Ringgit.

Confirmations
When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”).

This does not mean that we have accepted your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place when the products are shipped to you – we will send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped (“Shipping Confirmation”).

Stock Limitations
Products on the Website are in stock and are ready to be sent. Any sizes that are out of stock are marked as unavailable. We may have stock issues from customers ordering products at the same time. When we are unable to ship an item already ordered, we may cancel that part of your order and you will be reimbursed or not charged accordingly.

If the products you are looking for are sold out, you may wish to check availability with Us as our stocks are regularly replenished, return to our online collection at another time.

No Changes
Please note that we cannot make or accept any changes (address, size, color) once your order has been placed.

Right Not to Accept Orders
All items are subject to availability and We reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products or services without notice, even if you have already placed your order.

All prices are subject to change without notice from you in relation to the order we have cancelled:
* The product is not available;
* Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
* Your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to or suspected of fraud;
* We could not deliver to the address provided by you; or
* Due to circumstances or events beyond our control.

Returns

Lule Active (“We”, “Us”, “ Our”) Accepts Returns Or Exchanges Of Lule Active Products (“Products”) Eligible To Return (As Defined In Lule Active General Terms And Conditions Of Sales) Within 7 Calendar Days Of Receipt Of The Products.

We Only Allow Exchanges On The Same Product (Same Price) In A Different Size/color. If You Would Like To Receive A Different Product Or The Same Product In A Different Material Instead, Please Return Your Product For A Refund. Then Place A New Order Online For The Product You Would Like.

Products Shall Be Returned In Their Original Condition, Unwashed , Unaltered, Unused And Undamaged, In Their Original Package, If Any, And With Original Tags And Labels Attached Along With All Related Accessories, Documents (E.g. Instructions Booklet, Product Certificates) And Protective Covers Included.

Returns Or Exchanges Of Incomplete, Altered, Worn, Washed , Damaged, Soiled Products Will Not Be Accepted.

Sale  Items Being Sold At A Discount Are Not Eligibly For Return Or Refund.

Client Returning Products Are Required To Pay For Round Trip Shipping, And The Shipping Fee For Exchanges Products Will Be Charge Rm10 To West Malaysia / Rm25 To East Malaysia.  

The Above Does Not Affect Your Legal Rights In Relation To Products That Have Manufacturing Defects Or Are Not As Described.

Exchange Process

To Return A Product, You Must Inform Us Of Your Intention To Return Or Exchange A Product. To This Effect You May:

Contact Our Client Service For Assistance At Instagram Platform To Request Return Form By Selecting The Product(S) You Would Like To Return And Indicating The Quantity And Reason For Return;

You Will Receive An Email Confirming Your Return Or Exchange Request. Please Follow The Instructions Below To Return The Product(S) To Our Warehouse:

* Wrap The Products You Wish To Return Or Exchange Safely To Avoid Damage; Place Them In Their Original Package, If Any, And Then Inside The Shipping Box In Which You Received Your Order;

* Attach The Return Prepaid Shipping Label Included In The Shipping Box To The Outside Of The Box, On Top Of The Original Label, And Seal The Box Securely; If You Have Lost The Label, Please Contact Our Client Service For Assistance;

* Visit The Carrier Website Or Contact The Client Service To Arrange For Collection. Alternatively, You May Drop The Box To The Nearest Carrier Drop-off Location;

Please Note That Products Must Be Returned Within 7 Calendar Days From Your Request For Return Or Exchange.

Refunds

Upon Receipt Of A Product For Which A Return Or Exchange Was Requested, We Will Inspect The Product To Ensure That The Return / Exchange Conditions Specified Above In Article 1 Are Met. Subject To The Product Meeting Those Conditions, An Exchange Or Refund Will Be Made.

The Final Refund Amount Will Be Deducted Rm10 West Malaysia Free Shipping Fee. When The Returned Products Do Not Reach The Free Shipping Quota. 

Refunds Will Be Made To The Original Purchaser, In The Same Currency As Purchase Where Refunds Will Be Made By Bank Transfer.
